About Sishi bakery

What I am currently doing with my small business

I currently operate my bakery business from my home where i receive orders and bake goods in my personal kitchen .i don’t have a separate commercial space or storefront but i still manage to fulfill orders and deliver them to my customers.

If I acquired funding this is how I would expand my small business

I would expand my business by buying ovens, mixers, and other equipment to increase production capacity and effeciency. I would also rent or purchase a bigger commercial space to accommodate increased production, storage and staff .Employ more staff including skilled bakers, decorators and sales staff and provide training to ensure consistency and quality. I will also host baking classes, workshops and events to build brand loyalt and engage with the community.

How will funding impact my small business

Increased production capacity by upgrade the equipment, hire more staff, and expand operations to meet growing demand. Marketing and Advertising- increasing online presence, promotions, and campaigns to reach new customers and build brand awareness. New location and Delivery service by opening new retail location or delivery service to increase accessibility and convenience.
