What I am currently doing with my small business

The burfee jar is a small home based business. I specialise in high quality baked goods. My business operates from a home kitchen which i provide mouth watering desserts, assorted biscuits, different cupcakes ,pastries,tarts, cakes and many more amazing baked goods. Making sure to bring happiness and a smile to each customers face.

If I acquired funding this is how I would expand my small business

By marketing my business through different social media. In my community alot of people are willing to support small business and what we have to offer to them, thus organising markets set up every weekend will help me and give me an advantage to impress my customers by selling different baked goods every weekend. I would compete with local bakeries and retail chain. There will be difference in the quality and creativty of the products i have to offer. I would introduce new flavours or change my technique to draw more customers.

How will funding impact my small business

I will be able to purchase proper baking equipments for my business. I will be able to grow my business so i can create employment and teaching baking skills. It will give me an opportunity to have better kitchen essentials to bake. Allow me to take on more capacity, or be able to move into a small premises of my own.
