What I am currently doing with my small business

I’m Nonjabulo, the proprietor of Nonjie’s Catering and Bakery. I cater for many types of parties, sell food and baked products in my community, and sell cakes on streets in town and at other offices.My ambition is to open my own kitchen and bakery in my neighborhood, supplying fresh bread and baked items every morning.

If I acquired funding this is how I would expand my small business

I would need the following items in order to expand my business: Ovens: convection, deck, or rack ovens, maybe gas. Mixers: For breads, cakes, and pastries, a high-quality mixer is required. Coolers or refrigerators are required to keep dough, fillings, and other ingredients fresh. Display Cases: If you plan on having consumers visit your bakery, you’ll need appealing display cases for your baked goods. Baking sheets, pans, mixing bowls, spatulas, and other baking equipment are examples of bakery smallwares.
